MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 1 Insulation Foreman for MEP project site works in Abu Dhabi.

The Insulation Foreman will supervise insulation works for HVAC ducts, chilled water pipes, valves, fittings, and related mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily insulation works for ducts, pipes, valves, fittings, and mechanical services.
• Allocate tasks to insulation technicians and helpers.
• Ensure insulation works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Check material quality, thickness, finishing, fixing, cladding, and installation methods.
• Monitor productivity and report progress to the site engineer.
• Coordinate with HVAC, mechanical, and QA/QC teams for inspections.
• Ensure work areas are ready before starting insulation activities.
• Control material wastage and ensure proper material handling.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure workers use PPE.
• Support inspection requests and consultant/client inspections.
• Maintain proper housekeeping at work locations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Insulation Foreman in MEP contracting projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct insulation and chilled water pipe insulation.
• Ability to supervise manpower and control productivity.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow project specifications.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
