MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 3 MEP Project Managers for MEP project execution in Abu Dhabi.

The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing MEP project execution from mobilization to testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full execution of MEP projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, and related systems.
• Lead project teams including construction managers, project engineers, supervisors, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Review project scope, contract requirements, specifications, drawings, BOQ, program, and deliverables.
• Prepare and monitor project execution plans, manpower plans, material plans, procurement schedules, and site progress.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress against approved baseline program and take corrective actions for delays.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, MIRs, WIRs, method statements, and technical documents.
• Control project costs, manpower productivity, material usage, variations, claims, and commercial risks.
• Ensure site activities comply with quality, HSE, authority, and project requirements.
• Manage testing, commissioning, handover, snagging, as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and close-out documentation.
• Report project status, risks, delays, manpower, progress, and commercial issues to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in MEP contracting project execution.
• Previous experience managing large-scale MEP projects in UAE/GCC is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, and authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
• Strong knowledge of cost control, progress monitoring, and commercial coordination.
