Description:

MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring experienced Electrical Supervisors for MEP construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical installation activities and site manpower.

• Ensure works are executed according to approved shop drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements.

• Supervise installation of conduits, cable trays, trunking, wiring, cables, DBs, panels, switches, sockets and associated electrical systems.

• Plan daily activities and allocate manpower to foremen and technicians.

• Coordinate electrical works with mechanical, civil and other project disciplines.

• Review site conditions and identify drawing discrepancies or coordination issues.

• Monitor cable pulling, termination, glanding and electrical testing activities.

• Coordinate inspections with QA/QC, consultants and project engineers.

• Monitor productivity, progress and material consumption.

• Ensure proper use of approved materials and installation methods.

• Enforce electrical safety procedures, PPE requirements and safe working practices.

• Maintain manpower, productivity and site progress records.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor on MEP/building construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of LV electrical installations and associated systems.

• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, load schedules and MEP coordination drawings.

• Knowledge of containment, cabling, termination, DBs and electrical testing.

• Strong manpower supervision and site coordination skills.

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
