Description:

MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring experienced HVAC Foremen for MEP construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HVAC technicians and helpers in daily installation activities.

  • Carry out works according to approved drawings and supervisor instructions.

  • Supervise installation of HVAC equipment, refrigerant/chilled water piping, drains and associated accessories.

  • Check equipment locations, pipe routes, levels, supports and installation workmanship.

  • Supervise copper pipe cutting, brazing, flaring and insulation works where applicable.

  • Support pressure testing, vacuuming, flushing and commissioning activities.

  • Organize manpower, materials and tools for daily work.

  • Coordinate HVAC installation with electrical, plumbing, duct and civil teams.

  • Report progress, technical problems and material shortages to the HVAC Supervisor.

  • Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use appropriate PPE.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HVAC Foreman in MEP construction.

  • Strong practical knowledge of HVAC installation.

  • Ability to read HVAC shop drawings.

  • Familiarity with AC equipment, piping, insulation, testing and commissioning.

  • Ability to supervise technicians and helpers.

  • UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

  • Good practical problem-solving and leadership skills.
