Description:

MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring experienced Plumbing Foremen for MEP construction projects in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead plumbing technicians and helpers during site installation activities.

• Execute plumbing and drainage works according to approved shop drawings and supervisor instructions.

• Supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sanitary piping, valves, pumps and fixtures.

• Check pipe routes, levels, slopes, supports and installation workmanship.

• Organize manpower, tools and materials for daily activities.

• Ensure correct cutting, threading, joining, welding and fixing methods are followed.

• Carry out and support pressure testing, flushing and inspection activities.

• Coordinate with other trades to avoid clashes and rework.

• Report progress, material shortages and technical problems to the Plumbing Supervisor.

• Ensure workers follow PPE and site safety requirements.

• Maintain good housekeeping and protect installed materials and equipment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Plumbing Foreman in MEP/construction projects.

• Strong practical knowledge of plumbing and drainage installation.

• Ability to read shop drawings and understand site instructions.

• Ability to lead technicians and helpers effectively.

• Familiarity with PPR, PVC, CPVC, HDPE and other common piping systems.

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

• Good leadership and practical problem-solving ability.
