MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 20 Electrical Helpers for MEP project site works in Abu Dhabi.

The Electrical Helper will assist electrical technicians in installation works including cable pulling, conduit works, material handling, tool preparation, and general site support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist electrical technicians with conduit, cable tray, trunking, and wiring works.
• Help with cable pulling, material shifting, and tool preparation.
• Support fixing of supports, boxes, conduits, and accessories.
• Carry and arrange electrical materials at work locations.
• Clean and prepare work areas before and after installation.
• Follow instructions from technicians, foremen, supervisors, and engineers.
• Assist during testing and inspection preparation.
• Follow site safety rules and wear required PPE.
• Support other MEP works when required.

Requirements:

• Basic construction site experience is preferred.
• Previous electrical helper experience is an advantage.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
• Physically fit and able to work at site.
• Must follow safety and company procedures.
