MTEC Electromechanical Works L.L.C is hiring 20 HVAC Helpers for MEP project site works in Abu Dhabi.

The HVAC Helper will assist HVAC technicians and supervisors in ducting, chilled water, ventilation, insulation, and mechanical installation works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with duct installation, supports, hangers, grills, diffusers, and accessories.
• Support chilled water piping, insulation preparation, and equipment installation works.
• Carry and arrange HVAC materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist in shifting ducts, pipes, FCUs, fans, and HVAC materials.
• Clean and prepare work areas before installation.
• Follow instructions from technicians, foremen, supervisors, and engineers.
• Support testing and inspection preparation when required.
• Maintain housekeeping and site cleanliness.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.

Requirements:

• Basic construction or MEP site experience is preferred.
• Previous HVAC helper experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to handle materials.
• Ability to work under site conditions.
• Must follow safety instructions and company procedures.
